Cheap/affordable and its proximity to shopping centre, friends and family. The bed and pillow were so comfy. Internet was good and Netflix is available. Nice view of the city. Pretty secure premises, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

It’s location. Very accessible. The owner also is very accomodating and helpful. The unit itself was clean and affordable. The owner is very responsive as well.
Hirap magluto lalo kung mausok kase alarm ng alarm sa guard sa baba. Di masyado makahigop ng usok yung stove vent nila. Pinatay namen ac tas binuksan bintana at exhaust sa banyo para lang lumabas yung usok. Medyo hassle. Tsaka may bayad yung pool. 150 tas 1hr lang hahaha corny

Just opposite Landmark/Trinoma so it’s easy to get what you need you can also walk over to SM North. Public transport also around the corner. WiFi and Netflix is good!
