Value for money and close to restaurants

Clean and practical

Amazing location. Lots of space and well provisioned.

Location is absolutely great. Close to Sengenjaya station and whole lot of shops around (Muji, Seiyu, Lawson, Familymart, Star bucks) and couple of restaurants that served vegetarian food as well. DeepJyothi, indian restaurant was few minutes away, served indian food as well. Couple of bakeries nearby (Truffle, for example) was also very useful for a quick grab

Bathroom sizes - of course, all over Japan its the same !!

I love the convenience of the location, with food, convenience stores, and a subway station nearby. The layout is why I chose the place. We have 3 kids, and the bunk beds are on the same level, with two toilets and two showers, which makes everything easy. The dining table can seat all of us. Extra space for suitcases is nice.

The noise. If you are a light sleeper or get easily woken by noise, this isn't the place for you. As stated, the location is close to food and shops; the main window faces the walkway, where you can hear every conversation of people walking by. Some expressed their love at night after drinking. There is a floor above us, and I knew this going in due to other reviews and specifically requested a higher floor several months in advance, but it can't be accommodated. We unfortunately experienced a midnight-to-2 a.m. packing of leaving guests and a midnight arrival of new guests on two separate nights.
