The key lock was hard to access

The bunk beds were very creaky and my young grandson had to sleep in the sofa as each time he or my granddaughter moved the bed creaked so much ! The 2nd double on top floor also very creaky !

Location, very spacious, comfy beds.

Poor standard of cleanliness.

Location was great, dishwasher and cooker worked, towels were fluffy.

There are lots of little things that need fixing in the house. One of the woindows is screwed closed with a piece of wood over it, which may be a health and safety issue. The fan in the en suite was not working and there is mold above the shower. The hot tap also leaked if you did nt turn it off very tightly. Several of the beds are creaky and may need tightening up. The skirting in the utility has come away from the wall and it looked like the radiator was leaking as there was a bowl under it. There were no instructioins for general information such as bin colour, code to parking spaces, number plate recognition etc. There was a lobster pot at the back gate so we were unsure whether we could use this entrance. Overall, although the property looks like it has had some quality items in the past, it looks very tired, particularly the carpeting and rug, some windows didn't lock and some didn't open. The bedroom furniture was also scratched and tired and bathrooms were also not as clean as they could be and looked well used. the property appears unloved and definitely treated as a business venture which is fine but having to give a bond is unacceptable when the property is not in the best state in the first place. I don't often write reviews but I've written this in the hope that the little things will get done so that the property can be updated to it's obvious former glory.
