The house has damp.
Not far from Treaddur bay - around a 10 min drive. Property is beautifully decorated and tasteful throughout with a modern theme. Lovely garden at the rear with nice rattan furniture and cushions. Good that there were two t.v’s one in the snug where the kids set up their PS5 and one in the living room. Beds comfy and clean. There were lots of games, DVD’s and music CD’s available for use. PC in top bedroom - my son loved this and used it most days.
The property is damp throughout. The walls are wet in most of the rooms and we are a family with 3 asthmatics so this didn’t go down well. There is a wine fridge that does not work. No instructions on bin emptying and on arrival the large bin and recycling was full so we ended up having to take our rubbish out with us. Simple things missing from the kitchen such as a bread knife and a potato masher. We ordered a food delivery as we cook every day but the fridge /freezer is quite small for a 12 person house and we could not fit all the food in. I would recommend doing smaller shops and we would have done this if we had realised. There were a lot of spiders in the house and this may not bother some people but I am not keen and some of them were huge!! Not sure if the damp attracts them? Lots of cobwebs in hard to reach areas.

The property could have been cleaned better. Also the walls are visibly wet at places and a mould is coming through.

Beautifully presented inside, large rooms and everything you need!
Garden a little messy and dead frogs found by the door out to the garden. They had obviously been dead a while.
