Maddalena 6 - Pantheon

L’appartamento è ben disposto con una piccola cucina, un grande soggiorno che ospita un divano letto e una poltrona letto (forse per 5 ha spazi un pochino ristretti), una camera matrimoniale. È dotato di tutte le comodità. La zona è molto comoda a due passi dal Pantheon. La zona è piena di ristoranti, un po’ turistici, tuttavia il fatto che si affacci nel cavedio è garanzia di tranquillità.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pantheon. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants in der Umgebung und aufgrund der Lage ist es sehr belebt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer der Wohnung ist sehr schön und das Bett war bequem. Im Wohnzimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist eher klein, aber okay.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG ohne Aufzug, was für uns in Ordnung war. Alle Fenster gehen zum Hinterhof und dementsprechend ist es nicht ganz so hell. Das Bad ist relativ klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist wirklich eng. Der Boden vom Bad war leider nicht ganz so sauber. Was wir als sehr störend empfanden waren die lauten Lüftungen/ Gebläse im Hinterhof, die ein Öffnen der Fenster fast unmöglich machten. Die Lüftungen wurden auch teilweise erst nach 23 Uhr ausgeschaltet. Teilweise roch es auch nach Essen in der Wohnung, wahrscheinlich vom Abzug des Restaurants im EG.

The location was very nice. Lots of favorites not ten minutes away. Pantheon, Fountains, Ect. Many options for food right out the door. The staff contact and retrieval of the key was easy.

No elevator, if you are unable to carry your bag up three sets of long stairs you might have an issue. The A/C works but there are no fans which would help circulate the air. The second bed is near useless for an adult. The shower, it’s typical of older ones you see throughout Europe. If you are a large person pass on this location. Hot water, day two I took mostly a cool shower. The last day it didn’t work.
