Used toilets, non cleaned WC and rooms (tried a second room and was the same).

The are not serious. Booking should be ashamed for them. The toilet dirty and used, not only on the first, but on the second room we tried. The reception tried to convince us that we lied(!) so, for them and also the potential bookers, I attach the proof (their cabinets from both rooms).

We checked-in, went into the room and saw dirty beds with hair left on them, the toilet peed and non cleaned (used). Then we asked to switch room by explaining and showing the mess. We switched room and actually experienced an even worst image for both beds and toilet, with hair of other people, used cabinet and messy carpets and beds.

Big, clean and comfortable rooms. A very nice place to stay. Rooms design was minimal modern style, which i appreciated the most. City center was nearby. The staff was very polite and friendly.

A little misunderstanding about the payment but i think was booking’s fault :)
