it was ideally located for walking distance to work. it was comfortable and had everything I needed to relax after a day at work.
Some of the neighbours were noises, even though there was a 10pm watershed.

The overhaul outlay was very nice! Very clean and tidy
The road noise was pretty bad ! Drunken people outside at 1am ! Noise from the apartment above with children running about from 6.45 am
