location was great. some really good extra features provided like a beach buggy, pizza oven, outside shower to wash sand off, big TV, good washing machine and dryer. the outside area was really great (although the outside umbrella didn’t provide much shade in the afternoon). Upstairs wasn’t disgustingly hot even on the really hot days- we were able to use air con for a bit then the fans provided to keep cool overnight.

the linen could have been updated (and using things like a mattress protector on beds). The kitchen was a bit of a mish mash of some good quality things, but then missing others like a coffee machine or even a plunger to make coffee (good things coffee shop close by although don’t open til 8)
