I like it.

Property is great, it only would need an elevator to make it for the 2 floor. It is hard when being accompanied by children with multiple luggage or ppl with dissabilities.

You get what you pay for

The staff was very nice, keen to help.

The room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it was not vacuumed for a while. The food was not very qualitative (ham and cheese). Also, I've asked for a cappuccino for which I paid, and it was very bad. I could not drink it.

The kitchen was in renovation, we couldn't have breakfast, we didn't know until we arrived and no restaurants in the area

Fair place to stay when visiting Timisoara

The Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The checkin process was quick. The beds were large and the room was big and clean.

good affordable short stay in Timisoara

clean, friendly helpful staff, close to a kaufland and public transport.

wifi would not work at all in our room (avoid room 17 to not have wifi problems). A/C wouldn’t cool the room down would just blow warm air (middle of summer, sleeping was a challenge)

Dirty! Gross! Toilet seat broken, hair of other people on the floor in the bathroom, infested by moskitos - the walls and bed headboards dirty with dead bloody moskitos. Bring your own shower gel as there isn't any.. I found a bottle in the small fridge, so they didn't bother to clean the fridge after the previous guest ... Not the best area in Timisoara but that would be the least worry ..

Hotel 'No' residence ?

We arrived after walking from the train station in the dark at 21:00 to find the place closed. We tried to contact the property using numbers provided and a number on the wall. Eventually got through to someone who just said the hotel was full ( it appeared empty). When I said we had a confirmed reservation and had already paid via booking.com they just hung up (perhaps they did not understand my English very well). We had to search for a place to stay. But there was nothing nearby, a long walk back towards the centre of town. Hotel Savoy was a fabulous lifesaver ( they'd get a ten, stay there instead!)

Nice room, warm inside, very good breakfast, nice location with a lot of restaurants, close to the bus tram and metro station, nice people at the reception

The sofa in the room wasn't the best one
