The host are super nice and friendly,also very helpful. They let me stay more after the check out and they had couple of parking spots,which is very hard to find. The room was small, but had everything.

The only thing was that the bathroom is not in the room but in the corridor across it and other people might see you in your towel.

Good location. Room is of sufficient size for two people who plan on eating out only though. Bathroom was clean.

Having a casual conversation with a friend on the balcony with music that was quieter and drowned out by the cars and the people on the street talking, was frowned upon and provoked a warning of eviction. There was a broken glass piece under the bed and a cap from a glass bottle

Stayed here for just the one night so we could experience Sozopol and take our time rather than having to rush round and get the bus back the same day. Wanted somewhere close to the Old Town and this ticked that box perfectly. We arranged a time to get there and were met by the friendly owner who showed us to our room and explained the keys. The room was totally spotless and very modern looking. There was brew making facilities in the room, which were good. The bathroom was a wet room but because it was so hot at the end of July this dried very quickly. Shower/sink/toilet were all spotless and worked brilliantly. The view from the balcony was lovely as we looked over the old harbour which was very tranquil in the late evening/early morning. The Old Town was about a 5 minute walk from the property and maybe a few more walking back as it was all uphill - which could be a problem for the less able-bodied. We were on the third floor and I didn't see a lift, which again could be an issue for some. Property was very secure and the lock on the door was sturdy - didn't feel the need to buy a safe or anything. At night the property was very quiet. Excellent value.

Nothing really - but for the less able-bodied this could have been a bit of an issue as the apartment is on top of a steep hill which you may need to take a taxi up if you struggle - also didn't see a lift which could also be an issue. If you are fit then nothing would be a problem.

Excellent room, clean, spacious, with great view from the terrace, the hosts were helpful, probably one of the best guesthouses in Sozopol
