Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Parking! Which is a must in Sozopol (even though the street to get there is a bit suspicious! AC worked well. Close to the beach
No elevator so when you have a heavy bag it’s not fun! A good 20min walk from Old Sozopol Bathroom becomes a pool once you have showered!

Reception were v helpful in making recommendations, especially for dinner. (For breakfast, we can highly recommend the brilliant French bakery/patisserie just five minutes walk down the road as a change to the Bulgarian banista.) Parking was convenient and secure.
While easy walking distance to the beaches and Old Town, the location is a bit off-putting as there is a lot of construction work going on.

Location and room were good.
The receptionist showed some bad attitude when we arrived. The way she handled the check in was very unprofessional. She gave us a wrong room key and then she rushed into our room to say that we have to move to another room. Most likely I will not come back to the hotel because of the way things were handled by the staff.
