The location is amazing, access to metro is easy and min away. The size of the room is v good in comparison to other Paris hotels. I loved my room view and watching sunset from balcony. The bathroom and bed are both clean. I also loved how friendly and accommodating the reception staff especially Bernard.
- no pillows so I brought my own
- one cleaner lady was aggressive and very unfriendly
- shower head is broken so had to take shower while holding the head the entire time

Access to the metro. On a good street.
The shower needs a glass or shower curtain as water got everywhere while showering. Could do with a mirror above the desk.

Staff, location even thought slightly far from main attractions - still good area for walking and nice restaurants.
Very thin walls - could hear neighbours even them using the toilet, also we most likely got a room next to a laundry zone: the washing machine was working day/night very loudly. Shower took a while to give hot water. No pillows but a weirdly wrapped mattress on top.

Location and reception
Hot without AC and can't leave windows open as it is a busy street in front and is too much noise.
Cramped elevator and room, very basic and low quality furniture and bathroom.. As in the pictures.
