Great central location with lovely views, huge garden and the bonus of a games room. Log burner in the large kitchen/dining room was cosy. Modern bathroom with shower and the addition of a small downstairs cloakroom was good.
House is looking rather tired and would benefit from some updating. The bed in the master bedroom was only a small double and the mattress was very soft. Some investment in better beds and mattresses would be welcome. A deep clean required downstairs - lots of cobwebs.

The woodburner, but should have been in livingroom and not kitchen.
Where do I start. Pin code was not sent for keysafe and nobody could get hold of owner. We sat outside for an hour while waiting for the owner to be contacted.
No welcome pack, not clean, mould in bathroom on ceiling, badly patched lino, broken handle on toilet door. Very dated and in dire need of refurbishment. No instructions for anything. Found pool room using common sense, but pool table cheap, and uneven. Bedding stained.
