It was adequate for the one night we were in Hamilton but don’t think we would book it again

The location was created for what we were doing in Hamilton. The staff were nice

Upstairs was incredibly hot. (despite plenty of fans) We think the apartment has dust fleas. The towels were really small and scratchy and the 2nd couch is really hard. Incredibly expensive for 6 people.

Satisfied family

The owner was across from the accommodation, which made asking for things handy. She gave me some clothes washing detergent as I didn't have any. The accommodation was clean and spacious leaving my family plenty of room to zone out after long days of exploring.

The kitchen was not well equipped, and up stairs was very hot with only fans to move the hot air around in.

Spacious

The t&c's after you book with booking.com are over the top. You are expected to pay a $100 bond into a personal bank account, which is supposed to be returned the day of checkout for which I am still yet to receive mine 5 days after my stay. Checking in was a pain as there were no instructions provided, numbers for point of contact unattended, so at 7pm at night in the dark, we struggled to get access to the property or contact someone. Eventually I called the secondary number provided and waited until someone arrived to let us in. Would rather have booked a hotel than go thru all of this again.

It was a very short stay but we loved it

It was clean and well organized. The host was on the look out for us and was so nice to answer questions.

You need to provide some paper towels for clean ups and hand towels for bathrooms.

Great accommodation for a group

Had everything we needed in the apartment except a dryer and Smart TV. However, there were heaps of fans available, the rooms were all big enough with wardrobes, there are four separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, the kitchen had everything, pretty spacious everywhere, wifi available.

Very small car parks not suitable for more than one large car e.g., ute or van, suit two small cars or hybrids, narrow driveway and turning areas. Not enough toilet paper for the stay, no vacuum available. The washing machine went for hours. A bit of noise from street and surrounding neighbours, e.g., a domestic on Fri night and a party Sat night, just be aware it’s in a residential area

It’s not worth it - find somewhere else

Very clean. Close to highway.

We were told to give additional $100 cash bond on arrival. We were charged extra for children and 1 adult despite booking the entire apartment. Rats in the ceiling were loud. Doors locked to rooms, cupboards bikelocked. Floor drains in bathrooms has septic stench and had to have windows open. One small cheap towel each for the entire stay. No heating upstairs, no heaters supplied. Construction noise next door. Harassed for extra money at every turn.

Comfortable with everything you need. Loved the Hamilton Gardens.

We loved the comfy beds and there was plenty of space. Hamilton is a great base to travel from to see surrounding areas if you have a car. Convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

It wasn't as close to the City as I was hoping. Host's relative knocked on our door on our second night asking for our credit card details, stating we hadn't paid. She didn't know our name, number etc. It wasn't pleasant. After some confusion she realised it wasn't us and apologised but it wasn't handled very well. I also had to ask for the deposit back after waiting for it for 2 weeks. The main bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly...clumps of hair in shower.

An overall pleasant short stay at Delbrook Point.

The host met us at the house and gave us the key. Initally we drove past the property, but rang the host and they directed us back to the house (on a busy main road, some homes being built opposite the accommodation) They showed us where to leave the key on depature, clarified the date and time we would be leaving and then left us to it. We didn't see them for the rest of our stay, considering they were next door. The home is comfortable, good sized kitchen and dinning area and lounge. Clean and well presented. The 4 bedrooms are a good size and were set up well for our group.

There were 7 of us staying (6 adults and 1 toddler) there was only 6 towels provided ( we bought 1 for out toddler) Also there was only 1 tea towel (in the kitchen) and 2 hand towels (1 in each bathroom) a couple more would have been nice as they got saturated pretty quick. As we were there for only 2 nights we didn't bother the host. If we were staying longer we would have asked for a couple of extra tea towels. Note: The 4 bedrooms and bathroom and ensuite are all upstairs. Going up and down stairs often didn't bother us. But we were extra vigilant for our toddler who enjoyed playing on the stairwell, and needed constant supervision from all of us. The 'Smile your on Camera' sign facing the front door is a bit confronting.

4 bedrooms, kitchen quite well appointed, large main bedroom

Shower walls were dirty, parking very difficult, very high cost $130 for cleaning levy in additionn to high daily rental, four storage cupboards in the main room were all locked off and unavailable only one bedside light for the queen size bed and TV channels not able to be accessed and no Sky available.
