This home was constructed within the last few years and features modern amenities while keeping the Vermont charm. Featuring 11+ Bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, parking for 10 cars, a in-ground pool, and pond! Bring your bags and enjoy your stay at this world-class estate.

This will help you with your sleeping plans and where to find the bathrooms.
Main house:
1st floor
Bedroom 1: Office with pull out couch, with bathroom and walk in shower. It has a hand-rail so good for those needing assistants.
1 half bathroom near the children's playroom with toilet and sink
1 half bathroom off the kitchen with toilet and sink
2nd floor:
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with small crib in attached small room. Bathroom outside of room with tub and shower.
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with queen bed, full en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with 2 twin beds with full en suite bathroom with tub and shower
Bedrooms 5 & 6: Each room has a full size bed as well as a bathroom outside each room, each with a tub and shower
3rd floor:
Bedroom 7 & 8: 1 queen bedroom and 1 twin bed bedroom which share a bathroom (Jack and Jill) with a tub and shower
Bedroom 9 & 10: 2 twin rooms each with 2 twin beds a bathroom outside the room both with shower and tub
Driveway side of house
2nd floor:
Bedroom 11: sleeps 8. Bunk room with 8 twin beds in 4 bunk beds, en suite bathroom with double toilets, double sinks and double shower. No tub
3rd floor:
Bedroom 12: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom
Please keep in mind:
-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home along with the outdoor space. You are also welcome to visit the nearby barn and pasture where the Vermont free-range cows live.
Other Things to Note:
All guests to agree to our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.
Group Restrictions: we host families only at this house, please inquire if you have questions if your group qualifies.
EXTRA GUEST FEE: We can sleep up to 20 guests. We charge $25 per GUEST per NIGHT for each guest after 15. We will send you a special offer for this new amount.
CAR COUNT: 24 hours before arrival we will ask for the total car count that will be at the estate.
PET FEE: $50 additional cleaning fee for each pet due at time of booking, up to 2 dogs allowed, no other animals allowed. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. Sorry no puppies!
FIREPLACE: Please only use the fireplace if you are comfortable using one and know how the flute works if you do not know how to use this please ask. Smoke damage to the house may result in a fine.
WORKING FARM/COWS: This is a working Farm. You can walk down to the barn and see the cows. Please do not feed or pet them without the supervision of the farm manager!
LARGE GATHERINGS: We cannot host large gatherings.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: We will send you a rental agreement within 6 hours of booking. This is due within 24 hours or we have the right to cancel this booking with a 15% cancellation fee!
Part of the agreement:
In respect to our home and our neighbors please review and accept our rental agreement. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:
-No additional guests without host approval
-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside, within 50ft of the outside or near window.
-No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages
If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.
No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
Interaction with Guests:
Always available for your needs but will not be at the property unless you need assistance. We give our guests space to have their own time and will only come by if requested by the guest.

If you picture the perfect Vermont vacation, this is it. Our stay at this beautiful countryside home was everything we hoped for and more. The house was immaculate—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and with a fully stocked kitchen that made family meals a breeze. There were plenty of comfortable beds for our multi-family gathering, and the layout worked perfectly for both relaxing and spending time together.The property manager’s communication was outstanding—friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. The pool was a highlight for the kids (and adults too!), providing endless hours of fun. The peaceful setting, surrounded by Vermont’s natural beauty, made it the ideal spot to truly unwind.Honestly, I almost hesitate to share this gem because we want to keep it all to ourselves! But the experience was too wonderful not to recommend. We will absolutely return—again and again. This home and its management team deserve more than 5 stars!

Our group of 17 people (including children) had a really nice time here. Plenty of room for everyone, great area, wonderful pool, overall really nice. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed here when we went to a concert at Red Rocks. It was a quick and easy 10 minute drive to Red Rocks.
Also you could walk to Downtown Golden.
Over all the place was very nice. The bathroom had some issues that I communicated to the host but she never responded to me.
