It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, as well as the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Seabright Beach and a host of popular restaurants and coffee shops.
The Seabright Serenity is cozy and comfortable! This two-bed one-bath PET-FRIENDLY unit is the bottom floor of a duplex. One bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds. The upstairs unit is occupied by the owner's of the property. It has been recently remodeled and will be professionally cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. There is street parking only for this unit.
Steps away bakeries, cafes, and popular several breakfast spots, this Seabright home lets you live like a local. While being just 2 short blocks to the sand, you will be minutes away from downtown Santa Cruz where you can dine and shop to your heart’s desire! Take the scenic 10 minute drive to Capitola Village and explore the rest of the Monterey Bay from this central location.

Check in was super easy. The kitchen was amazing but, by far, the location is the best for walking to the beach, coffee shop, and local restaurants

The property itself was good. Bathroom definitely needs upgrade and bed mattresses can use improvements. The place was very clean and amenities were all provided. Location as far as being close to the beach was fine but not a great neighborhood in general.
