About this house rental
This California Craftsman Bungalow on the Santa Cruz Historical Register is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully furnished and is one house off East Cliff Drive overlooking Seabright Beach.
The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beach and to numerous Santa Cruz attractions including the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Lighthouse Point and Steamer Lane, and Natural History Museum. Everything you'll need is close by- Verve Coffee Roasters as well as dozens of restaurants including fan-favorites Seabright Brewery, Crow's Nest, and more.
After a fun day out at the beach (umbrella, towels, and chairs provided), rinse off in the private outdoor shower before coming inside to relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie (Television/cable included). Make yourself at home in the fully-equipped kitchen as we have provided the basic necessities to make a wonderful homemade meal- Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, & toaster. Fully equipped with dishes, glassware/barware, cooking utensils, and basic spices.
Upstairs, the large Master Bedroom contains a Queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twins (both bedrooms have dressers and closets for unpacking!). A 1/2 bath upstairs makes things even more convenient.
There is an impeccably manicured English garden with grass front yard and side yard concrete patio (including table and chairs for outside dining, if preferred) and Weber barbecue.
This fantastic cottage is loved by all.

The house was very clean and well equipped with dishes, cookware, towels, beach chairs, cooler. Very comfortable. Close to beach. Parking. Would stay there again.

Amazing location and beautiful architecture. I love the original touches in this adorable bungalow! The seals and seagulls woke us up each morning, the waves put us to sleep each night.
This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to spring break in. The kids beds were SUPER comfortable. The basics were in the kitchen. I used the drip coffee maker which worked, but there is also a Keurig. Plenty of wine bottle openers. Towels and beach stuff including a cooler, chairs and boogie boards.
Easy to walk to the Boardwalk and a couple of cafe's. On street parking was not a problem.
I would have loved to know more about the history of the house and the renovations.

This cute little cottage, steps away from the beach and boardwalk was perfect for our family of four. The house is cozy and charming with modern kitchen appliances that made our stay simple.We decided that an annual visit to Santa Cruz, including this house, is on the agenda.
