No breakfast. Proximity to the Vatican excellent.
Light in the kitchen was a motion light so while sitted eating it kept on turning off. Had to stand up to put it on again. Should have a steady light. For first time visitors there should have been a person to give instruction on how to get in the property when they arrive.

Close to Vatican , loads of shops and easily Located , if you leave the property and take a left there is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk , Chinese beside property excellent , property kept clean and tidy , lovely balcony to sit out in
Nothing really to complain about , minor detail like a light on the balcony would be useful

Very good location in Rome
it was up fivefloors although they did have a tiny elevator. trying to figure out the instructions was a little tricky as there are two sides to the building once you get inside and that wasn’t emphasized. since we were very tired after 24 hours of travel that was an additional kink we didn’t need. The room adjoining us had a very noisy family who we could here well past midnight.
