This is a spacious property with open plan living , a LED flat screen TV and foosball table.
The property has a split system air conditioner in the living room as well as panel heating in the bedrooms and spacious comfortable sofas/lounge suites.
Timber dining setting and chairs as well as an outdoor timber decking area.
The kitchen is modern with plenty of cupboards and well equipped with the latest electric cooktop and electric oven with a microwave, toaster, kettle and a refrigerator.
This is a very well presented and clean holiday home perfect for your next family holiday, getaway, weekend away or any other event.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3):

- 1 x Single Fold Out Bed
PRICING POLICY:
- The pricing is only a guide and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, school holidays, events and occasion for booking.
- Correct pricing will be provided upon booking enquiry/request.
- Pricing will be updated accordingly for payment via HomeAway upon booking request/enquiry.
- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings, parties, events and young groups below the age of 31 and will need to contact the owner for any queries and correct pricing.
- During the Moto GP a minimum stay of 4 nights is required. The tariff is $100 per night per person plus service fees and taxes as charged by HomeAway.
PARTIES & EVENTS:
- Regarding parties and events we will need to be notified when making enquiries/reservations and it's at the owners discretion to accept or reject such requests and is decided on an individual basis.
LINEN & TOWEL HIRE:
- Linen can be hired at an additional sum of $300.00 and towels at an additional $200.00 for the duration of stay if required.
- This is payable 2 weeks prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners.
- Bank account details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
SECURITY BOND:
- A $1,500.00 refundable security bond is payable 1 week prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners. Bank account details will be provided upon booking confirmation so that you can pay the security bond prior to check in.
- The security bond may increase depending on the booking requirement/occasion for booking/age group of guests (below 31 years of age are charged a higher security bond).
- This will be refunded within 21 working days of check out subject to a satisfactory conditions report of property and contents by the cleaners and site supervisors.
- We will not accept any bookings without the payment of the security bond prior to check in.
PROPERTY CONDITIONS:
- Upon booking confirmation the property owner will email the guest their terms and conditions/rental agreement and house rules.
Important Note:
- It is our requirement for our terms and conditions to be thoroughly read and understood prior to check in and we also require you to sign and return a copy back to us along with a copy of your drivers license upon making the booking.
SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS:
- Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings and you will need to contact the owner for prices or any queries you may have.
ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS:
- One night bookings may be applicable depending on availability and at a higher rate than the standard.
- Please contact us for price or any queries.
SERVICE FEES & TAXES:
- HomeAway/Stayz online bookings will charge a Service Fee plus Taxes.
- This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by the HomeAway/Stayz online payment booking system.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE/CCTV:
There is video surveillance on the perimeter of the property (outside) (located on garage and surrounding building) for security and crime prevention and for the protection and safety of the property and guests. It monitors the driveway, front door, back yard and the rear sides of the property.
