Location was great.
A few maintenance issues. Just a bit of work needed doing.

Excellent location
Were not able to use the oven( wouldn’t heat up)
Two of the burners didn’t work
Low water pressure for showers
Bbq was very hard to cook on, needed a wind break
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on

The size of the property was as we wanted and the living spaces were comfortable, Location was good in terms of access to town. Heating was excellent and each group enjoyed the standard supplied. Large yard was great for children.
WE needed to buy wine glasses as very few were supplied. Other kitchen needs were fine. Some platters and bowls were supplied with large chips, maybe a review of the cupboards and what is there would be great. Wondering why there is no closable front gate for small children considering the busy location

The location was perfect. Close to everything - shops and beech.
The pull out sofa bed in room 5 was a bit too small.
