About this house rental

PLEASE NOTE THE POOL IS OPEN ONLY ON SUMMER TIME (opens mid June and Closes Sep 2nd), so ask before to book the property. Family (infant, toddler, children) friendly professionally decorated and newly remodeled this comfortable house located on east Denver and just 30-35 mins from DIA and about 8 miles to Denver Downtown. This is the one of the great locations in Denver Metro area and convenient to drive any places like restaurants, activities and even to the mountains.

The house itself accommodates 6-8 people and you'll feel like it home during your stay. Extra crib, pack n’ play, high chair, baby bath, 2 child car seats, a stroller and swimballons available for your little ones and all hazard areas (plugs, edges, stairs etc) covered with proper child safety equipments. We didn't forget our adult guests for extra queen regular and air mattresses and extra sheets and blankets for your convenience. We clean the house by professionals and all beds equipped with high quality comfy sheets for you. High speed internet and Amazon Prime, Netflix and other medias available in our big screen 70'' Sharp Aquos TV.

Guests are able to access all parts of the space of the property. 2 car space garage is available for you and it makes your car cool in Summer and warm in Winter time. If you have more then two vehicle, there are lots of free parking space available around the house.

The property provided a convenient place for our group to sleep, and the pool area was a nice feature. It was fairly clean overall. However, a few things could be improved to make the experience more comfortable:• We noticed spiders in the home quite frequently, so regular pest control might be helpful.• Several window screens were torn—including in the master shower—which made it hard to enjoy fresh air.• The backyard hadn’t been mowed, making it feel uninviting and unusable.• The Wi-Fi connection upstairs dropped often, which was frustrating when using devices.• The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and made it hard to relax. With just a bit more attention to these details, the stay could be greatly improved. Thanks to the host for the accommodations.

I booked this property because I have a baby, and I appreciated that it came equipped with a crib, baby gates, and high chair. It was also nice that it had two king beds. Many properties do not offer that. However, it was not the cleanest. My ten month old had filthy knees and feet from crawling around the property. I searched for a broom or mop to clean it myself but found none. All of us had bad allergies from the time we arrived until we left because of how dusty everything was - especially the blinds which had a very thick layer of dust all over them. We had to scrummage through the basement to try and find something that could work as covers for the pull out couch for my son. We took a pillow off a bed upstairs for him. There was not enough towels for everyone, so I ended up having to use a hand towel and one of my t shirts to dry off with. I do not appreciate having to pay a cleaning fee for a place that is not clean.

We traveled for just a quick two night stay in Denver to visit family. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were really only there to sleep and shower so we didn't use anything but the coffee maker in the kitchen but it was well supplied if you were to stay in and cook. Our host was wonderful and went above and beyond for us when we couldn't find my son's wallet. He was very quick to communicate and so helpful. Other than that, everything was self-explanatory, check-in and checkout were simple, the instructions provided were easy to follow. The neighborhood pool is super close, we didn't get a chance to go, but it looked really nice. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We had a family vacation/combined trip for athletics bring us to Denver. We stayed in the home for a week. We sought out a home with pool access specifically and were willing to pay for it and to be slightly further away from where we needed to be for the pool. The home was great to give a family of 6 with kids of all ages plenty of space. Clean and spacious inside and the garage access was very convenient. The host replies within a timely manner. The bummer for us was the pool was not available for us to utilize until the last 2 days of our stay. We were not aware until arrival of the issues with the pool unfortunately.

Jax’s place was perfect! It was in a great neighborhood, my kids enjoyed the pool and playground which were very close to the house (One house in between). House was beautiful and great for our needs. We were there for a softball tournament and it was a great place to come home to and rest!

We were very happy with the location it was right between The Rocky Mountain National Park and Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend staying at this property when traveling to Denver. Overall this property was nice, possibly a little overpriced. I think if you need the baby items, it would be worth it. We didn’t need baby stuff, but booked here because of the pool, which was awesome. I felt that the property was a little run down for the price we paid (carpet/walls a bit dated, some doors didn’t open/close well). Overall it was nice, I just expected it to be a bit newer/updated looking for the price we paid. Owner was very responsive to our needs and overall we were satisfied with our stay!

Bright and clean house with plenty of room for our family! Check in and check out were a breeze and Jax responded quickly to all inquiries. Property was stocked with everything you needed for small children and there was a park/playground two doors down for our older son. The kitchen was well stocked for making simple meals and there were restaurants and groceries nearby. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time!

Communication was very prompt with property owner. The home was a good value and nice sized. We did not go into lower level basement. Well stocked with baby and child items if you are traveling with little ones. Close to shopping, Starbucks etc. Cute neighborhood. Lots of kitchen basics, but we did not do any cooking.

I chose to rent a home so I didn't have to eat all my meals out...Many kitchen cooking supplies in this home were not provided: Skillets/saucepans: none provided..borrowed two of each from my daughter. Washcloths not provided: I bought a 3 pack from Walmart for 50 cents which was easier for me than to call the owner and request them. Facial tissue not provided. Cooking oil not provided...bought my own from Walmart. No Kitchen towels provided...had to use paper towels for everything in the kitchen. Dryer sheets not provided...decided not to buy them and did my laundry without them. Garage door opener was not provided until I called owner...he delivered it late the following day..also keypad on outside of Garage was inoperable. Ran out of coffee creamer...chose not to call owner or buy more from Walmart. Upstairs carpet very old and showed much wear...toilets are very small and cramped in upstairs bathrooms for people of medium to large frame. Ceiling fans wobble, make noise and blades are very dirty. Instructions for recycling and garbage disposal were not readily provided. Outdoor gas grill was disgustingly filthy...thusly unusable...chose to go to my daughters house for grilling out.
