If you are traveling with dogs, this is a great house. The backyard is perfect and they provided a water and bowls for the dogs.

It worked for our family this trip, but the house needs some major updates, including more chairs for the table, more towels, and other kitchen items.

Sisters from FL and OK in thier late 80s met to visit their eldest sister in her 90s who lives in Cheyenne. With my family (from IA) and travelling companions, we had 7 people and 2 dogs staying at the house. My son joined us from Denver daytimes. The outdoor area was great. The weather was beautiful. We spent much of our time outside visiting, grilling and watching the 4 squirrels tease the dogs. We were able to spend time in the kitchen together and evenings with the cousins crocheting. Daytimes the sisters and 2 cousins drove to Cheyenne to visit. The rest of the family did day trips in the area. 5 of our party had never used VRBO and were pleasantly surprised by the space, ability not to have to eat out and having a relaxed home type atmosphere. The swamp cooler had been repaired just before we arrived and we were informed that the ceiling repair was not complete before we arrived. We only used the swamp cooler 1 day as we had the windows opened most of the time. The only draw back was the grass was somewhat high and it was difficult to pick up after the dogs.

Enjoyed her stay. The house was outfitted perfectly for cooking, and we loved the covered patio for entertaining. We would definitely stay in this location again.
