🔐SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.



ACCESS TO UNIT: Our unit is all on one level once inside. There are 16 stairs from the garage directly into the unit. If you take the stairs from parking lot, there are 21 stairs.



🛬30-minute commute to the Denver International Airport and easy access to the mountains! Rocky Vista Medical University is across the street and Centennial Airport is a 7 minute drive.



Home is managed by local owners who pride themselves on being attentive to any issues and offer quick responses to our guests. Owners are licensed real estate agents in the State of Colorado.



This is a NO SMOKING 🚭(of any kind) property which includes the condo, deck and garage. If evidence of smoke is detected, guest will forfeit their security deposit.



ELECTRIC VEHICLES: If you own a vehicle that needs to be charged, there is a $5/day charge. Information needs to be conveyed to owners at time of booking. Tesla owners, there is a charging station a few miles away at Park Meadows Mall in Lone Tree.
