Newly built Luxury 4 bedroom single family home located in a decent neighborhood. 10 mins to DTC and Parker. Very spacious. Fullkitchen including washer and dryer. 2 car attached garage. And private backyard. Easy access to nice hiking and biking trails.

We enjoyed our stay at this property for over one month and would choose to stay here again.
Pros:
+Nice, quiet neighborhood
+Excellent communication with host
+Accurate photos of property
+Excellent washer/dryer and dishwasher
+Excellent storage space for food in pantry
+Plenty of supplies: Cooking items; shampoo; bath towels; toilet paper; paper towels; laundry detergent, etc.
Areas for improvement shared with host:
-BBQ grill will light, but needs to be thrown out and replaced because it’s in such bad shape. We never felt like it could be used to cook on.
-Folding patio chairs very worn, ripped and need replaced.
-Carpeting needs professionally cleaned and/or replaced. Patched in one area upstairs and several bad stains that don’t look like they’ll come out.
-Housekeeping needs to do a better job on floor and carpeting. Some trash and dirt under furniture; long black hairs in several places.
-Needs kitchen towels and dish clothes.
-Furniture is very worn including one side of downstairs couch and also the mattress in the master bedroom. We made do ok though.
-Aesthetically, the yard needs to be cared for better with proper weed treatment, trimming, etc.
Overall though, the property is nice, but it could just be made much better with a little extra care.

We stayed here through the month of December while we waited for the home I purchased to be ready to move into. it is a lovely home with ample space and nice amenities. It’s hard at times to celebrate Christmas away from home but this house was wonderful and we created many happy Christmas memories here. I would 100% recommend this home if you’re in the Denver area. The owner was prompt, responsive, and truly cared that we had an amazing stay!
