Amazing renovated ranch house in the Park East Neighborhood minutes to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This house has been meticulously renovated with high end finishes. This home features 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout the main floor. 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 1 bedroom in the basement with an egress window for safety. There is one king bed, two queen beds and a bedroom with two twin beds (trundle bed). Each bedroom has a large closet and additional storage. The kitchen features high end appliances, quartz counters and beautiful cabinets. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking accessories. The basement has a spacious movie room that includes surround sound speakers and 65" TV. House has been wired with Smart switches and can be controlled with Amazon Alexa. Owner does have a surveillance camera at the front door for safety purposes only. Large fenced in yard. Fantastic neighborhood and neighbors. Minutes to the University of Colorado at Anschutz, light rail, and shops.
