People in the shop exelent we have a hot water problem they attend to it when we arrive grass was very long around swimming pool but 2 days after the was cutting i will say they can keep that area more clean

I liked the location, facilities, quietness and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
They could have given better instruction regarding the workings of the TV and what to bring, like toilet paper and washing up liquid but they rectify that immediately. Helpful and friendly staff.

The level of security at the facility was not the best. Access to the Chalets should be restricted to the chalet occupants only. Campers and day visitors used amenities. No servicing of chalets if you stay less than 4 nights. Had to ask for fresh towels and extra toilet paper. No cleaning of the braai in the mornings
