Everything as we were the only guest for the weekend.
The fact that I booked there for the facilities as my 2 boys were with, Trampoline & Pool was out of order, these were the main reason I came there with the boys. I had to find an alternative which was Rock Play in Paarl.

Clean. Liked the fact that there were staff the entire weekend visible. Loved the well organized activities.
A mop at every facility will be helpful especially for the accidental spills. We had to hunt for one.

People in the shop exelent we have a hot water problem they attend to it when we arrive grass was very long around swimming pool but 2 days after the was cutting i will say they can keep that area more clean

The level of security at the facility was not the best. Access to the Chalets should be restricted to the chalet occupants only. Campers and day visitors used amenities. No servicing of chalets if you stay less than 4 nights. Had to ask for fresh towels and extra toilet paper. No cleaning of the braai in the mornings
