Il s'agit d'une grande maison récente située au calme dans un hameau isolé entre Athée et Azay sur Cher. Les photos sont très représentatives. Situation parfaite pour visiter les châteaux, Beauval. Un grand Intermarché à 5 mn en voiture. 3 belles chambres confortables avec rangements. Literie pas assez ferme à mon goût, mais ça va. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Cuisine bien équipée. Stationnement facile.
Malgré le lave-vaisselle, la vaisselle n'est pas toujours bien propre. Et pas vraiment bien rangée... Une deuxième poubelle pour le tri sélectif serait bienvenue. Pas d'espace pour ranger quelques courses. Peut-être supprimer des assiettes trop nombreuses pour gagner en espace ?

Très bien positionné en bord du Cher. Parfait pour les balades à l'écart de la nature. Malgré cela, une boulangerie à 5 minutes en voiture à Azay et 1 super marché à peine plus loin. 20 minutes de Amboise et de Tour.
Équipement cuisine assez limité. Propreté peu mieux faire...

The property is located in a lovely country setting which is very peaceful. Roomy three bedroom house is clean, secure and easy to find.
The hosts did not respond to our questions and there is no air conditioning so it became somewhat uncomfortable in 85 degree June.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad. Se aparca en la misma puerta.
La limpieza. Estaba muy sucio, toallas sucias y con mal olor. Trapo de cocina sucio. Suelo muy sucio y mesa de comedor llena de migas y trozos de comida. Las sillas del exterior tiradas por el suelo. Es una pena por que el apartamento está muy bien pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear.
