The Art - Tina Hotel and Apartments

Bright airy room, floor to ceiling windows, good a/c. Lovely owner ready to chat but only via translator app. She's building a new hotel so this one will finish sometime 2026

The area is a downer, the alley is potholed & runs straight onto a major road. If u have a bike or use Grab it's OK. There's coffee & some food left onto main road the 2nd left alley but pretty much need to go elsewhere. I was there 5 days & grew to like it. Crazy local market 10mins walk, tunr right out of alley. Rooms are tired but functional, if bed too hard ask to change rooms, I did & much better room/bed offered.

- Great Host - Good sized room - Affordable - Good location - Room had big windows and lots of light - Good for a few nights or a week nothing longer tbh - Kitchen had a hob, firdge and equipment like pans and cuttlery for cooking - Decent shower - Decent wifi

- Barking dogs outside barking until 3am - A motorbike shop on the same street. Always some hammering waking you up 7-8am - The road the hotel is on needs resurfacing - Had to clean the AC filters they were very dirty. AC worked better after i cleaned them. - Mosquitos getting into the room somehow when i keep the room shut.

the room is quiet cozy, staffs were 24/7 for help and they were super friendly

nothing bad so far, dont throw any party in your room cause it only have a little soundproof
