Really comfortable stay, great location just off a main road in District 1 yet still very quiet! Great value for money.

- location - hot water - fridge - electric kettle - host is welcoming and responsive
- bad smell of linen and pillows - shower cabin is not sealed, so all water pores onto the floor - towels are extremely bad quality and very old - the bed is shabby - the walls are dirty - the view is not inspiring - the noise from outside and from the neighbours and the corridor - the stairs is VERY steep, hard to get your luggage up and down - no ceramic/class cups, only plastic glasses (not clean enough also)
