At around 11:50 AM, while my girlfriend and I were getting ready to check out, a staff member unlocked our room and walked in without knocking. At that moment, both of us were completely undressed. We were shocked, embarrassed, and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. What made the situation even worse was that the staff member did not apologize at all. We had clearly placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door. If the hotel needed to remind us about check-out, there were many more appropriate ways to contact us, such as calling the room or contacting us by phone, instead of entering the room without permission. Respecting guests' privacy should be a basic standard in any hotel. This incident made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. We hope the management takes this matter seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that no other guests have to experience the same situation.
