Amazing location, approachable and caring hosts.

The place was missing a few, in my opinion, winter essentials. There were no slippers and the floor was tiled. There was no drying rack.

Honestly, apartment location is excellent. If you do not want, you do not need to use a car at all. Bus station is 50m away and the buss is free of charge. The apartment at ground floor is well equipped, you have all things it need. Ski depot at gondola place works really nice so you do not need to carry your ski and boots all the time. And the most important thing, internet works very good. I know most of guests say the host are very kind but they really are. Bergkristall, thanks for beautiful 7 days. See you again for sure!!! Cheers! :)

Exceptional

We had a perfect stay in Bergkristall. The appartament is warm and spacious and was spotless clean. The thing we most appreciatted was the fact that the ski bus is 2 minutes away from the hotel, so it was very easy to get to and back from the splopes. The host gave all of us free depot cards, so we could leave our ski equipment at the slopes every day, which was very nice. Overall, a perfect place for a ski holiday.

Perfect place to stay in proximity of Sankt Anton

Great place to stay for your ski holiday in Sankt Anton am Arlberg. Very comfortable, cozy, clean and big appartements. Ski room with boot heaters is available. It's not more then 100m from ski bus stop and It's just one stop from Nassereinbahn. You get free ski and book locker at Alber check-in right at the Galzig bahn station so You don't need to take your skis in the bus.For cross-country ski enthusiasts the cross-country track is nearby. Welcome by Cangero family was great and they're very helpful throughout all stay. You can order fresh bread or pastries for next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen is fully equipped but bigger pots and better pan could be helpful.

Super nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Warme und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Schöne Einrichtung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Balkon mit super schönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Kurzer Weg zur Bushaltestelle. Sehr nahe am Skigebiet. Brötchenservice.

Da das Zimmer direkt unter dem Dach lag, war die Deckenhöhe in der Küche für große Menschen (1,90 m) zwar ausreichend zum stehen, jedoch ist man immer wieder mit dem Kopf an den einen Balken gestoßen. Kleinere Menschen haben das Problem nicht. War aber nicht so negativ.
