Good value for price considering reasonable proximity to Warth/Arlberg for skiing

Clear communication, flexible on arrival time, covered parking spot (!). The apartment was clean, functional, well equipped. Nice rain forrest shower and a huge corner bath tub in a new, large, and modern bath room.

One sleeping room with 4 single beds, difficult for families with children.

Nice place

It was a simple but clean and well furnished apartment. Well equipped, comfortable accommodation. Very nice heated floor in the bathroom. The kitchenette was well equipped. A great base for exploring the surrounding area. On-site and covered parking. Quiet stay and right next to Warth and Lech skiresort. Next to walking trails and a bike path along the Lech river. If you go to enjoy nature and relax.

Prima appartement in mooie omgeving.

Vorig jaar hier ook al geweest, zeer rustige locatie in het mooie Lechtal. Ruim appartement. Deze met moderne badkamer en ook keuken in aparte kamer. Weliswaar op ca. 20 km afstand van skigebied Warth - Schröcken, maar daardoor ook stuk gunstiger in prijs (verblijf in Warth en Lech zijn duur). Auto kan je parkeren onder dak, kapschuur. Scheelt in winter hoop ruiten krabben. Verschillende afvalbakken op de gang, gescheiden inzameling (GFT op composthoop achter schuur). Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer.

Bed niet echt comfortabel, voor mij matras en kussen te hard. Geen dagelijkse of 2-daagse wisseling van handdoeken. Bij langer verblijf dus zelf stapeltje meenemen. Keuken op zich goed uitgerust, maar bij deze ontbrak een afzuigkap. Dus geuren en vocht van koken blijven hangen. (Kan alleen ventileren met draai/kiepraam.) Geen gebruiksaanwijzing van oven kunnen vinden, geen idee of deze ook magnetron-functie heeft. (Liever een magnetron dan een oven.) En ook geen broodrooster (zou welkom zijn). Geen aparte berging voor ski's/snowboard. Beneden bij entree in de hal neerzetten vind ik minder goed idee. Dus net als de skischoenen beter meenemen naar appartement, bij verwarming laten drogen. Geen kritiek, slechts opmerking: je bent afhankelijk van een auto. Geen supermarkten op loopafstand. Minimale (ski)busverbinding. .

Sehr freundliches Willkommen in großer sauberer Wohnung

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Benjamin Kappeller. Sehr saubere und große Wohnung mit neuem Bad und neuer Wohnküche. Tolle weiche Handtücher Schöner grosser Kleiderschrank mit vielen Kleiderbügeln!!! Großer Balkon mit Stühlen und Tisch und einer wunderschönen Aussicht Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Auch alles zum Müll trennen war super organisiert. Vor dem Haus ein Caroort mit Platz fürs Auto. Die Räder konnten wir auch da abstellen, allerdings nicht sichern oder laden.

Das Schlafzimmer hat uns ganz ehrlich erschreckt. Ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten aus den 70ern. Viel zu viele Betten für einen Raum. Benjamin hat uns angemerkt, dass uns das gar nicht gefallen hat und schnell entschlossen ein Bett hoch geklappt. So hatten wir mehr Platz zwischen den Betten. Auf Rückfragen gab er an, dass diese Konstellation wohl oft für Gruppen gebucht würde. Nachvollziehbar. Für ein Paar alles andere als hübsch oder romantisch. Ich fand es einfach schrecklich War nicht auf diese Art eines Schlafzimmers vorbereitet. . Habe das aufgrund der Bilder auch nicht erwartet. Benjamin war sehr um eine Lösung bemüht, aber.... Wobei die Matratzen gut waren. Am Charme des Treppenhauses kann man auch noch arbeiten. Ausgestopfte Tiere und Puzzlebilder , geknüpfte Wandbilder mit Auerhahn sind einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Weniger ist mehr!

Wir haben die Ruhe und die herrlicher Aussicht sehr genossen.

Die Lage war perfekt! Alles war sehr sauber und die Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer und vom Balkon waren sehr schön.

Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können (mehr Schneidebretter, etwas mehr Kochutensilien).
