Guter Service vor Ort mit freundlichen und hilfreichem Empfang bei der Anreise und sehr gute Unterstützung trotz der katastrophalen Verwaltung - belvilla by oyo - die die Buchung bearbeitet hat. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und im Gebiet.
Arbeite Schicht, konnte nicht sofort bezahlen und habe nach einem Tag überwiesen, bellvilla by oyo hat wohl die Wohnung storniert, die Vermieterin wußte nichts von unserer Buchung. Wir haben vor Ort nochmals bar bezahlt und jetzt 24 Tage auf den Erhalt der Rücküberweisung gewartet. Unendliche viele mails vor dem Reiseantritt, währen und danach ein unglaublicher Zeitaufwand für die Kommunikation um eine Lösung mit bellvilla by oyo herbeizuführen. (1 Tag versus 24 Tage!)
