A great place to stay

We overall enjoyed our stay at this property, thanks to its convenient location and comfortable amenities. The apartment is situated right next to a bus stop, with shops nearby and a cozy riverside trail just a five-minute walk away. The cleanliness was excellent (which, considering the €100 cleaning fee, was expected). The layout was well thought out, featuring two toilets, two balconies on opposite sides of the building, and a fully equipped kitchen. A highlight of our top-floor apartment was the small private sauna—I didn’t personally use it, but it’s definitely a nice touch. Other conveniences included a designated ski storage room, a hanger for drying clothes, and easy parking. Plus, the breathtaking mountain views made the stay even more special.

Limited access due to road closure – One major issue we weren’t aware of beforehand was that the road from Warth to Lech is closed during winter, preventing us from reaching other villages in the resort. Terrible internet—I struggled to browse Facebook at times and had to rely on mobile data while roaming. Temperature control – The heating system seemed to have a master control somewhere, making it impossible to adjust the temperature manually despite the radiator valve. No washing machine – I overlooked this when booking, but the lack of laundry facilities was inconvenient, especially since the nearest laundromat is about a 30-minute drive away. No dishwasher capsules – While there was a dishwasher, no capsules were provided, which was a minor inconvenience.

Beautiful accomodation, large rooms, fully equiped kitchen, balcony with mountain views, comfortable beds, enough parking places, small playground, friendly owners.

Very modern and family friendly appartment!

Great location for a pleasant and quiet stay. I would recommend that for winter as much as for summer vacations. We booked the top floor loft. The apartment is brand new and very spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped with top quality accessories. Beds are really comfortable and the living room is very cosy with nice decoration. The hostess is very polite and helpful and guided us successfully to local restaurants. The parking lot in front of the main entrance is very convenient. We will be back for sure!

Modern groot appartement met fijne bedden.

Er waren een beetje weinig limonade glazen en geen nespresso koffiemachine helaas dus die heb ik zelf meegenomen.

Moderní, dobře vybavený a prostorný apartmán. Dobrá poloha, blízko autobusové zastávky a cyklostezky, snadné parkování. Paní domácí nám poskytla veškeré užitečné informace včetně slevové karty.

Místnost pro parkování kol byla v suterénu, dostupná pouze po schodech. Pouze jedno WC pro pět ubytovaných osob.

Wanderurlaub mit den erwachsenen Kindern in einer tollen Gegend und einer hervorragenden Unterkunft

Sehr modern, hell und geräumige Wohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub brauht. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr modern und gepflegt mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Wohnung hat zwei große Balkone und als zusätzliche Ausstattung eine Wärmekabine. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich keine 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Een perfecte plek als je juist geniet van het kijken naar de verschillende motoren

Mooie en moderne woning. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Wat jammer is, is dat ons appartement aan de straatkant zat van een vrij drukke straat. Hierdoor geen rustige plek om op het balkon te zitten (veel verkeerslawaai) En ook in de ochtend veel verkeersgeluiden.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie nur weiterempfehlen!

Mit Liebe zum Detail und tollen Ausblick

Es war super sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Zwei zusätzlicher Pluspunkte waren, dass jedes Zimmer seine eigene Dusche hatte und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war. Alles in Allem ist diese Unterkunft ein sehr liebevoll geführtes Domizil.

Locatie is prima , niet te ver van een supermarkt en enkele resto's . te voet naar Bach is zeker een optie , fietsverhuur en dergelijke aanwezig ! heel vriendelijke hosts

misschien een toilet meer zou handig geweest zijn !

Perfect!

Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd, heel netjes gedaan. 3 mooie grote appartementen en 1 kleinere, maar dat weet ik niet zeker, deze hebben we niet gebruikt. Alles aanwezig betreft keukeninventaris. Aardige gastvrouw, die met ons meedacht qua aankomsttijd.

Ze gaan nog een droogruimte voor de skispullen maken, deze was er nu nog niet. Supermarkt met verse broodjes ligt op een afstandje. Wij hadden gelukkig afbakbroodjes mee.
