Very nice stay

Very nice apartment, better than expected, we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, modern and clean. Skibus 5 min walk, 10 min ride to Nasserein lift. Included ski lockers next to the lift for ski gear. Nice and friendly owners, they also arranged bread service each morning.

Immaculate apartment with great host in the quiet village of St Jakob

St Jakob is a quiet village about 3.5km from St Anton. The walk between the two towns are great and we like the more peaceful setting. The flat is on the first floor towards the side of the building, with a kitchen dining area with balcony looking towards the mountain. There was parking right outside the door. And we even had a spot in the garden to set up the portable BBQ to cook every evening. The host Johann, lives on the ground floor and was very friendly and helpful. We often spoke with him as we came and went. The flat is very well equipped with a kitchen (including pots pans knifes salt and pepper utensils plates etc), the kitchen has a tv with many channels. Theres a double bed in the bedroom with wardrobe and a sofa bed in the lounge (part of the kitchen) with another wardrobe. The house, the flat and the garden are all in absolutely immaculate condition. It looks better than on the photos. Next door lives the host's brother, and on the other side lives his son. So there is a true family feel about the place. It was great.

Nicht uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern begrüßt. Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr hell und geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Was für uns vier Erwachsene natürlich super war. Im Wohnbereich gibt es zudem noch eine Schlafcouch. Die Küche ist soweit mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Ein Toaster wäre allerdings noch wünschenswert. Eine Mikrowelle zusätzlich wäre perfekt. Einen Skiraum gibt es nicht, die Skier kann man jedoch in der Garage unterstellen und die Schuhe in einem separaten Heizungsraum. Allerdings gibt es vom Vermieter kostenlos Voucher für Depots an den Ski-Stationen. Ist allerdings nicht immer praktisch, da dies voraussetzt, dass man immer an derselben Skistation startet und auch dorthin wieder zurückkehrt. Parkplätze gibt es vor der Haustür. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass die Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Busse fahren alle 15 beziehungsweise 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt es vor Ort keine, allerdings gibt es einen MPREIS, 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Absolut inakzeptabel ist, dass während unser Abwesenheit das Apartment betreten wurde! Ohne unsere Zustimmung und ohne eine vorliegende Notsituation mit einem Zweitschlüssel. Dass die Handtücher einmal die Woche ausgetauscht werden und der Müll entsorgt wird, ist prinzipiell begrüßenswert, allerdings hätten wir es auch begrüßt, wenn man uns darüber vorher in Kenntnis gesetzt hätte! (Verletzung der Privatsphäre Art. 8 EMRK, Hausfriedensbruch § 109 StGB) Entweder wurden wir beim rein-oder rausgehen an der Haustür quasi „abgefangen“ oder der Vermieter schaute aus dem Fenster. Dies vermittelte uns das Gefühl, unter ständiger Beobachtung zu stehen. Es ist absolut verständlich, dass die Eigentümer darauf bedacht sind, dass das Apartment pfleglich behandelt wird und alles in Ordnung ist. Aber der Gast sollte sich doch trotzdem noch wohlfühlen können. Mir ist versehentlich ein Glas ins Waschbecken gefallen, was einen kaum sichtbaren Schaden hinterlassen hat. Aber ja, es ist ein Haftpflichtschaden. Alles in Ordnung. Nicht in Ordnung war allerdings, dass man uns auch eine defekte Fußbodenkachel in einer Ecke des Bades anlasten wollte. Mit den abstrusesten Ideen, wie das hätte passieren können. Unglaublich! Und der Hinweis darauf, dass wir doch sicher eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben….naja…. Unser Fazit, trotz wirklich sehr schönem Apartment und guter Lage, haben wir uns leider nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Trevlig, fräsch och rymlig lägenhet med allt som behövs

Bra med skiddeposit (som ingick) vid lift så man slapp ta med skidor hem på skidbussen varje dag. Ligger ju en bit bort från restauranger, affär och lift men nära till skidbussen som går ofta. Bra med parkering precis utanför
