nice location, not far from the ski-lift, clean room and modern bathroom

I was very surprised when I realized that Haus Burgi - Angelika Walch is just a room and that's it... There is no possibility of breakfast or dinner, no sauna, not even a table to work on the computer in the room. there are a few cups and a small capsule coffeemaker in the slide-out cupboard. You should definitely arrange dinner in advance, it is impossible to sit in the room all the time. The room is located on the first floor and the windows look out on the small road to the lift, people pass just at the level of your windows... It is not cozy. Maybe it wouldn't have been such a problem if the owners of the apartment had written the "ROOM"! All my tries to cancel the reservation were unsuccessful, I had to leave early, without any compensation.

Super Lage, in wenigen Metern ist man direkt am Lift. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer.

Lage super, nette Gastgeberin, toller Skikeller

Die Umgangsart des Hauseigentümers ist unter keinen Umständen zu tolerieren. Wir waren erschrocken, wie mit uns geredet wurde. Eine sehr unverschämte, pampige Redensart ist bei Gästen, die so viel Geld für ein doch so kleines Zimmer zahlen, nicht tragbar und auch nicht zu akzeptieren. Allerdings ist fairerweise anzumerken, dass die Vermieterin der Unterkunft sehr zuvorkommend, nett, und respektvoll mit uns umgegangen ist, worüber wir doch positiv überrascht waren.
