Wonderful hosts, good location and property. Highly recommend!

Lovely location for nature walks, close to a waterfall and the Jöchelspitze cable cars. We had a roomy family apartment on the ground floor where our large dog could play in the garden. Equipped with everything you might need. Hosts Sandy, Stefan and Suzi were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Amazing view and great equipped apartment

We loved the location with beautiful view and in calm area. The apartment had all we would wish and was super clean. The little shop and availability of frozen bread to bake was really thoughtful.

Very nice view, clean, unusual setup of the room - very large living room, quite small kitchen. Good parking. A small ski area literally next door.

Only minor things - the WiFi seemed to be uneven throughout the apartment, for a strong signal one had to be close to the doors. The kitchen was relatively small, with little space to put things. The bathroom was with a stair - nothing major, just not to forget going there.

Very scenic location and close to a lot of activities, both for summer and winter! The host was also very organised and kind 😀

Quite expensive for just a 1 room appartment if I compare this to the previous appartment I rented in Lechtal, where I had more value for money.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Gruppen-Kurzurlaub in den Bergen

Das Appartment war sehr groß, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung beinhaltete alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Toll war auch die Sauna im Keller. Die Gastgeberinnen Sandy und Susi waren auch sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, jedem unserer Wünsche nachzukommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder - dann aber für einen längeren Zeitraum :)

Sehr freundliches Willkommen, viele Informationen, großes Wohnzimmer, schöner Blick.

Wackelkontakt bei der Wohnzimmerbeleuchtung, daher Deckenbeleuchtung nicht zu nutzen. Schlafzimmer kalt und ohne Möglichkeit, Heizung hoch zu stellen, alle 5 sind jetzt erkältet. Decken zu dünn, nur 2 zusätzliche dünne Fleecedecken. Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen…

Schrecklich

Es wurde dort als Hotel bezeichnet, war aber eher eine kalte Wohnung. Nachts schliefen wir sogar mit warmer Kleidung und Schuhen drinnen, da die Heizung nur zeitweise funktionierte und das Badezimmer gar nicht beheizt war. Es war kälter als in einer kalten Wohnung, und das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu meinen Erfahrungen in Hotels und anderen Unterkünften sehr dürftig. Es ist wirklich erstaunlich, dass Sie mit so einem Ort zusammenarbeiten. Ich hoffe, ich muss so etwas nie wieder erleben.

Überzeugende Unterkunft in großartiger Umgebung mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Schönes großes 3-Raum-Appartement mit 2 (!) Balkons, hellem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und toller Aussicht auf die Bergwelt. Zum Wohlfühlen! Fitness- und Saunaangebot haben wir nicht genutzt. Praktisch ist der Brötchen- Getränke- und Verpflegungsservice des Hauses im Erdgeschoss, da die Supermärkte unten im Tal ohne Auto, E-Bike o. ä. nicht mal eben auf die Schnelle erreichbar sind. Toll war auch die sonstige Betreuung und Ansprechbarkeit der Hausverwaltung. Insgesamt sehr gepflegte und gut organisierte Unterkunft - für Familien wie Singles und Paare gleichermaßen empfehlenswert!

Ein einziger Schlüssel für eine größere Familie/Gruppe (Versicherungs-/Aufwandsgründe bei Verlust) ist aus unserer Sicht zu wenig, das funktioniert andernorts besser. Das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett erwies sich als recht schmal. Insgesamt fielen diese Punkte für uns beim Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber nicht groß ins Gewicht.

Toller Platz, auch mit einem Hund, gleich tolle Spaziergänge direkt vom Haus möglich, Unterstellung der Fahrräder mit ei

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ein toller Blick auf die Berge.

Leider waren in den letzten Tagen die Übermieter sehr laut. Man hat sie dauernd etwas einschieben gehört, lautes Getrampel und sie saßen bis mitten in der Nacht auf dem Balkon und haben sich da laut unterhalten. Sehr schade, wir haben gerade die ruhige Lage extra ausgewählt um in der Nacht ruhig schlafen zu können.

Alles war super! Vom Balkon aus hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps bezüglich der Wanderrouten gegeben.

Mooi appartement met unieke ligging die je echt laat genieten van de omliggende bergen

Mooie locatie boven op de berg, rustig in de natuur, praktische indeling van het appartement, overdekt terras met heel mooi uitzicht, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, voldoende informatie aanwezig over de omgeving en de activiteiten die je er kan doen

De slechte geluidsisolatie van het appartement. We hadden de pech dat onze eerste buren films speelden tot laat op de avond en we het geluid op volle sterkte dwars door de muur hoorden in onze slaapkamer. En op onze laatste avond zijn we door de bovenburen wakker gehouden tot 02u00 's nachts met een flinke slaapkop voor de terugrit tot gevolg Heel jammer want voor de rest echt een perfecte plek.

Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Infomaterieal sehr reichlich vorhanden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Handtücher hätten in den 10 Tagen mal gewechselt werden können.

Hervorragender Urlaub

Wie immer war alles tiptop : von der Wohnung in über die hervorragenden ruhigen Lage am Berg und nicht zuletzt die nette Ansprache von Susi, die dafür sorgt, dass alles schön und sauber ist und wir uns als Gäste sehr wohl fühlen.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt – wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute genossen.

Wir haben in Apartment Nr. 11 übernachtet und es war einfach großartig! Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist mit einer Küche und allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und sogar noch mehr! Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar – ein echtes Highlight, +1000 Punkte! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
