Montana liegt Zentral in Oberstdorf. Zur Stadtmitte und zu der Nebelhornbahn sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Ein sehr schöner und gepfegter Stadtkern , mit vielen Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind Begrenzt und wenn man einen größeres Auto hat(SUV) kommt man nicht in dei Tiefgarage. Jedoch gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten, rund um das Haus. Entweder mit Parkschein, oder in den Seitengassen kostenfrei.

De parkeergarage mijn auto viel binnen de specificaties maar het is maar 1x gelukt om de auto in de parkeergarage te krijgen. Voor mij wel een reden deze woning niet meer te boeken. Een parkeerplaats voor mijn auto is een must. Het is niet normaal als ik 5-6 keer moet proberen om de auto correct naar binnen te rijden. (Geautomatiseerd parkeersysteem) dan geef ik het op. Dus elke avond op goed geluk hopen op een parkeerplaats in de buurt.
