Check in by Kellen was friendly and efficient despite us being 4 hours late, arriving at midnight due to flight delays. The apartment had everything we needed and more, was extremely clean and bed and sofa were very comfortable. Communication was excellent at all times and an issue with the dishwasher was well handled. The location suited us well as we were near friends, but tbh I would have preferred to be closer to the tourist area. However, the area is amazingly well serviced by public transport - we used the Metro, various buses and the tram and could be in Baixa or Cais do Sodre in minutes! The hair dryer was a welcome asset especially as I was travelling very light!

This is not a complaint as neither issue is the host's fault, but travellers should be aware that the apartment is under the departure flight path which is very noisy until 1am, and the current neighbour lets her toddlers play in the passage outside the apartment from very early in the morning so lie-ins are not possible. I would suggest bringing earplugs.

Location was good - close to shops and restaurants. Walk to city centre was pleasant

Emplacement parfait pour assister à un congrès à l’hôtel EPIC Sana (3 mn30). Appartement calme, très bien orienté avec climatisation si nécessaire (nous l’avons très peu utilisé). Très pratique. Très bon accueil. Cuisine très pratique. Couchage confortable. Grande salle de bains.

Nous avons réservé un appartement car nous avions besoin de cuisiner pour des raisons de régime alimentaire particulier . Nous aurions apprécié la présence de basiques tels que sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre. Les poêles sont à changer (revêtement anti adhésif abîmé). Le reste était parfait !
