Location was quite good,close to many shops and you could easily get to city centre in 20 min walking. Apartment has everything you need and its spacious,think its a great value for the money.

Great apartment for a short or long stay equipped with everything you need (washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, iron). The area is safe, not packed with tourists but still well connected to downtown (metro station Rato is 7-10 minutes by foot, and there's 2-3 bus stops nearby) and with plenty of markets and pharmacies within walking distance. The wifi was great as well.
As it is the case with most Lisbon buildings, there's no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the building, and the next door and upstairs tenants can be loud at night. Also, the building door has to be slammed to be closed and that can be loud at night if you're a light sleeper.

i wish there was a overhead holder for the shower head. that's all I can really think of.
