Cute and quiet place, self check-in was easy and the communication with Miguel was easy.
Nice simple breakfast :) overall a very nice and well equipped place

It's easy to visit Guimaraes with Flixbus from the airport. I highly recommend this hostel for its location. From there its nice to visit the castle and wander the narrow streets full of history. The hostel is clean, rooms are big, and 3.5 € breakfast service is the best start for the day. The hostel was not crowded at all. I felt like a king in a castle during the week. :-)

We were welcome by the owner who talked good English. Our room was fine with a private bathroom. It was clean.
Owner advertises a fridge that we expected to be able to use; it's a mini fridge which was already totally full when we arrived. We managed to stick the few things we had but it was hard. Breakfast only starts at 08:30am, that's way too late. We should be able to get breakfast starting from 07:00am. Walls are paper. There was someone next door who started to be very loud on the phone at 11:00pm!!
