Relaxing

Excellent location. It fit our family of 6 very well! Parking was easy to navigate. We loved the view from the windows

We didn’t realize that the rooms were three floors up. Thankfully our kids were old enough to navigate that just fine. It was just a funny realization.

Perfect location on a beautiful place

Perfect location just a 5minute walk to the beach Clean & spacious

A few items need sorting: Fan doesn’t work in 2nd bedroom 2nd bedroom bed squeaks loudly with any movement Fridge Freezer leaked, had to soak up water most mornings & evenings Plug in sink wouldn’t drain without completely removing the plug attachment None of these things made our stay bad though, just thought they were worth mentioning so they can be sorted for future visitors We would stay again

Location, clean, spacious, lots of stuff.

Kitchen was not as clean as we’d like. Freezer leaked. Main sink was constantly blocked and room 10 minutes to empty. This was very inconvenient as had to keep trying to clean it. NO tongs in kitchen. Why? Every other piece there.

Big family apartment close to the beach in the middle of Lyme Regis.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two full, pretty modern bathrooms, which was great for our time together (grandparents, parents, kids). The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven etc), the dining/living room is big. We were welcomed with a bag of local goodies, which was nice. The apartment is located close to the beach (is really just a 3 min walk downhill) and next to all kind of shops (Tesco Express, Coop, nice bakeries, restaurants.). There are lots of books, games and DVDs.

It was perfect for summer, but I imagine that this apartment may be a bit draughty in winter (seeing the state of the windows). The seagulls were quite lively through the night, but they seem to like Lyme Regis in general.

I know Lyme Regis well and have holidayed there many times. I like the area, the apartment was well situated to all conveniences and had great facilities. It was very comfortable and would certainly stay there in the future.

It's not exactly a dislike as it was not a major issue but more of an inconvenience. I thought as it was a property that housed up to 6 persons, clearly there is likely to be a minimum of 2 vehicles traveling to the apartment so having only 1 parking permit for 1 parking slot obviously meant additional costs for parking and the details advertises the offer of free parking.

Great location, very clean spacious apartment. They left a welcome pack of goodies which a lovely touch.

Blackout blinds would be good and there is a step from the on-suite to the bedroom which is a bit dangerous
