Lovely one bedroom flat in a prime location near Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa with a beautiful terrace free parking and just minutes from the sea and all main amenities

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. There are two toilets, including one full bathroom with a bathtub. Some reviews mention issues with hot water, but it is important to know that the water is heated through a solar system, so it can take a little longer for the hot water to reach the shower. This is normal in Cyprus. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, oven with electric stove, and a big advantage is the washing machine. A hairdryer is also available. The apartment offers sleeping space for three people – one double bed and a sofa bed. The terrace is pleasant for breakfast or relaxing, and there is also a dining table with chairs in the kitchen. There are two TVs, one of them being a SMART TV. We also bought some cleaning supplies and left them for future guests. Toilet paper was available as well. For coffee lovers, there is a Mokka pot available.

As a negative point, I would mention the beds – the mattresses are soft and rather thin. I would recommend using thicker and firmer foam mattresses instead of spring mattresses. The swimming pool was not available during our stay, probably because it was not yet prepared for the season.

The house was perfectly located, just a short walk from Nissi Beach, with a bus stop right beside it, which made getting around very easy. The area was quite peaceful, at least during March, which we really appreciated. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious. It is on the ground floor with a large terrace, where we also had some nice little visitors (cats), which was a lovely touch. It gets sun throughout the day when the weather allows, and the natural light inside the apartment is beautiful. The check-in and check-out was smooth, and communication was easy throughout the stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and felt homey. Check-in was easy and all the facilities we needed were available. The patio is large and a great place to relax.

The location was a little difficult to find at first, but we managed and everything else was smooth. Since it was towards the end of the season, November, the outside pool was not in function.
