Star Apt in front Nissi whit Sea View

It was a short but very enjoyable stay. Communication with the owner was excellent – she was very engaged, kind, and helpful. She welcomed us with wine, beer, drinks, and local delicacies. The apartment is located in a beautiful area, within a complex of very stylish new buildings. It was extremely well maintained and spotless, fully equipped, and decorated with great taste and care. There was plenty of space and a beautiful, sunny terrace. The living room was great, with a comfortable sofa and a large TV. The kitchen was fully equipped (although we didn’t use the dishwasher) – there was coffee, tea, oil and olive oil, and all the necessary spices. In the bathroom, we found high-quality toiletries – soaps, shampoos, and body lotions – nothing was missing. The apartment is very close to the beach, and nearby there is an affordable supermarket, a bakery, and good restaurants (5–10 minutes on foot). The city center is about a 20–25 minutes walk at a relaxed.

Close location to Nissi Beach. Lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with a few drinks in the fridge when we arrived.

The bedding is not appropriate for the winter nights and the usage of the AC/heating is an extra daily charge of over 20 euros. I kindly requested more blankets, my request was kindly denied. The deposit is 250 euros cash. The person checking us out did a seriously thorough check of the facilities before giving it back to us. It was awkward. The balcony faces towards the sea, but it is not really a sea view.
