The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and a good sized balcony. In the kitchen you can find all utensils.
Many shops and restaurants near the house .

I would have liked for the swimming pool to be in the garden. You have to walk few houses away .

The location is superior - 5-7 mins to Nissi Beach, lot of good restaurants and cafes around. Air Conditioning works, communal pool works (but you don't need it, the sea is nearby).
Better to replace sofas on the 1st floor, they are aging.

The location is perfect, on a quiet street, very close to Nissi beach, just crossing the street and it takes no more than five minutes walking. Small market and restaurants nearby. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows. The villa was very clean. There was a very nice outdoor spot with a table and chairs. The pool is outside the yard but you just have to walk by the house and you're there. The pool is private, we were the only ones there and it was very clean.
It would be nice to put a coffee machine in the kitchen.
