Good location, clean apartment with good security

Living room aircon is not cooling well

Peacefull and the parking near the apartment.

Cleanliness, Safety, Best locations as near my course event and near my working place. Got mamak restaurant nearby and even dobi place to wash clothes. Friendly neighbourhood except we never saw our neighbour on the same 12th floor. Owner also provided towel and some necessity which is an A+

But, the mamak restaurant too expensive (they know you're not from here as you took the card assess from them... Aircond mostly old already, some are not even functioning, imagine your grandfather's old aircond with a bit of yellowish.. luckily the aircond in the master bedroom functioning. Had a bad backache from the old mattress also, the moment you lie down, your body gravity brought your body deep inside the mattress curving inside it. so can never lie down straight. Hopefully owner change the mattress for all rooms also.. All clean except the balcony.. some creatures feces I think , whatever Mostly old furnitures , if you are bringing children, need to be careful with some sharp edges of the dining table and tv table Small old refrigerator , have to plug it in yourself first the socket if you want to use it.
