The villa is quite big, 8 of us easily fit, but even more could have. The kithcen is well equiped plus there are smart TV, fireplace, grill sauna etc. The host was nice.
Unfortunatelly the house is on a hill and way to the beach is not convinient, so in case after sauna you want to hop to the lake it is nearly imposssible.

The flat was not clean at all, the balcony was completely dusty that we had to clean upon arrival as you were not able to sit down there. Same with the grill and sauna.

The apartment was spacious and the wooded setting near the lake was lovely. The kitchen worked well and there were plenty of beds. It was a very fun area to explore, with nice trails right out the door and decent beaches close by.
It was a little warm in the apartment; air conditioning (or even more windows that opened) would have been nice. We had hoped to rent canoes or kayaks, and that was not possible locally. Apparently this requires a week's notice to the local suppliers. While this is not the fault of the property, it would have been helpful for the property to share this information.
