The place is a great mix of modern and authentic Agriturismo vibe. The facilities and room were really nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We came by car so the location was perfect - close to the town with some shops and good restaurants and Monte Argentario island. But you can also feel the nature and see beautiful views. The breakfast and coffee were also really good quality. We did't get to swimming in the pool as it wasn't as hot, but that part of the place also looked really good.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by such warm and friendly people. Everyone we met was kind, polite, and genuinely wonderful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, high-quality products, with an amazing variety. From savory meats and cheeses to fresh fruit, bruschetta, sweet and salted tarts, and the best cakes we've ever had. The coffee and fresh juice were the perfect finishing touches. Truly, everything you could possibly want!
We were also so impressed by the attention to detail. You can tell how much they care about the plants and surrounding nature—everything is so well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
Our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding and pillows. The toiletries were lovely too, making it feel like a real home away from home.
The pool area was simply stunning—so serene and clean. It was so peaceful, all you could hear was the sound of birds chirping. And the outdoor furniture was perfect for relaxing in the sun. There’s even a convenient toilet and changing room near the pool, so you never have to go back to your room if you need a break.
And of course, the highlight of our stay was Tempesta(Storm), the sweetest cat! She would greet us every morning at breakfast with her adorable little face—such a sweet and loving companion.
Thank you for everything. We truly had an unforgettable stay and hope to return one day.☺️

The building appears pretty new and the yard is well manicured with very nice views of the surrounding fields and olive groves. The room has a tiny fridge, a water heater but no coffeemaker. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a myriad of delicious cakes and “tarts”, cheeses, yoghurt and fruit. The hotel has a nice selection of wines and several sitting areas to enjoy them. The larger infinity pool has large (shaded and sunny) seating areas. Unfortunately it is not heated and thus too cold in May…at least I did not see any guests using it. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly.
It took a very long time to get hot water for showers.
Although this facility is advertised as “podere” which stands for farm as an agriturismo, the only thing that could qualify this as such are the agricultural surroundings. This lodging has all the traits of a nice boutique hotel. After staying in real agriturismo settings previously we can say that the vibes are completely different. There certainly is a higher level of luxury than at a typical farm.
