Surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub, Villa Il Canneto is located in a unique bay of the Argentario: the Dead Sea.
This portion of the villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living areas and a large shaded garden with sea view and private access to the sea.
From the large garden and while eating under the patio you can see the sea and down a private lane of the villa you go down directly to the sea.
Inside the house on two floors is composed of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; a room with two single beds and its own bathroom in front; one bedroom with bunk beds and one single bed and a small bathroom with shower. Two large living areas with tables and chairs where you can eat and a livable kitchen. Outside there is an annex with a double bed, a sofa bed and a bathroom, ideal for couples with children. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, barbecue, washing machine, television, Wi-Fi, convector heaters for hot and cold air and a parking lot.
The Dead Sea is a unique place of the Argentario because the rocks here have created unique natural pools where you can swim and snorkel. There is also a small beach where you can lay down to sunbathe. Nearby are the Isola Rossa and the beach Le Cannelle which can also be reached by swimming. From the rocks the view extends over the island of Giannutri, the Isola Rossa and the Isola del Giglio.
