Run by friendly Greek family. 2 minutes to beach or bus stop. Has its own restaurant. Small but clean pool. Stayed before several times. Lots of eating places to chose from.
Going home after 1 week.

Good location, on a quiet road, beach & restaurants 5 min walk & supermarkets and bakery (plus more restaurants & a couple of bars) 5 min walk in other direction.
Mama’s food good & good value.
Helpful staff, and our room was very clean, a special mention for our cleaner who kept our room spotless, visited daily and was always happy to come back if we weren’t ready for her, thank you!
We stayed in the superior double, it’s a matter of preference but we found the mattress to be on the hard side. A little more hanging space would also have been good.

- Mama's restaurant adjacent to the villa , offer good and affordable food
- Good location, from walking distance to perissa beach
- Photos were misleading, chose the budget room based on photos , then when we arrived , it was smaller and old and not as nice as in the pictures, when i asked the owner about the misleading photos , he said those are for the double rooms , not for the budget one, although this is what was showed in the budget room photos
- Old and very harsh towels , and they dont change them, we had to ask every time for change of towels
- Old room and uncomfortable bed
